Overview
Our parish rejoices when a new member is added to our Catholic family through the sacrament of baptism! Child baptisms are a cause for celebration not only for the baby's family but for the parish and the Church as a whole. Parents should have their children baptized "shortly after birth" (Catechism of the Catholic Church 1250). If your child is older than age seven and has not yet been baptized, please contact Krissie Lastovica in the parish office.

Children ages 8 to 18, or grades 3rd to 12th, who are not baptized are welcomed into the Catholic Church through the Rite of Christian Initiation Adapted for Children. This process prepares the child for the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Communion and Reconciliation and welcomes them into full communion with the Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil. For more information, contact the Director of Faith Formation the parish office.
